The location is convenient, with supermarkets, restaurants, and transportation options nearby. The room is comfortable and well-equipped, with clean bedding and towels. The bathroom is clean and the shower is good. There are cooking facilities and a fridge available. The hosts are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service and communication. The roof terrace is a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the evening.
The Wi-Fi can be unreliable at times.

Great place to stay. Always come back. Staff recommended amazing local delivery. Has everything I need - Wi-Fi, electric kettle, cookware, A/C. Adults only, outdoor dining, beach access. No pets. Smoking in designated areas. Coming back this weekend.

The value for my money at this hotel was great, with a spacious room, clean bedding and towels, cooking facilities, and a large fridge. The location was convenient, with a supermarket right next door and easy access to the town center.
The breakfast selection could have been improved with more variety.

My stay at this family-owned house was absolutely mind-blowing! The studio setup with a kitchenette was super convenient for preparing my meals. I loved having my own private bathroom and terrace, ensuring 100% privacy. The location was perfect, with supermarkets and a bus stop right next door and the train station within walking distance. The friendly and helpful hosts, Isabel and Paulo, made me feel right at home. I adored their well-behaved dogs and cats, along with the delightful chickens. The abundance of plants all around the property created a jaw-dropping rainforesty atmosphere. The balcony, shower, and other facilities were excellent. This place is a fantastic choice for solo travelers like me. I highly recommend it!

The units at Ztir in Olhao are cozy and comfortable, with a lovely seating area where we could relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. Having a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge in our unit was a huge convenience, allowing us to prepare our own meals and save some money. We absolutely loved the terrace in our unit, offering stunning city views. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The private bathroom with a shower in all units was clean and modern, providing a refreshing and rejuvenating experience. The double room we stayed in had excellent amenities like a washing machine, air conditioning, and stovetop, making our stay even more convenient and enjoyable.
Personally, we found one drawback in our stay at Ztir. The views of the city from our unit were not as impressive as we had hoped, but we understand that others may still find enjoyment in it.
